These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and engaging with the Service.

These Terms of Use cover all rules, guidelines, and practices mentioned here or announced by Biolab London from time to time. “User” or “you” refers to the individual or entity accepting these terms, fully bound by them. The User affirms they are authorized to agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service Delivery

1.1 Biolab London will provide the Service to Users according to these Terms of Use.

1.2 Using the Service indicates your agreement to these Terms. If you don’t accept them, refrain from registering or using the Service.

1.3 Users consent to these Terms by marking the box confirming they’ve read and agreed to them.

1.4 We may modify or update these Terms by posting revisions on our website. It’s your responsibility to check for updates periodically. Continued Service use after changes signifies your acceptance.

1.5 With laws, regulations, and site content evolving, Users should regularly check disclaimers and privacy statements on our platform.

2. User Duties

2.1 Users must act as independent entities and may not:

• Connect themselves to another business using Biolab London’s address;

• Register their company at the premises; or

• Send mail or packages to the location.
  Non-compliance will result in a permanent ban from the Service and website.

2.2 Users are barred from lingering at the main entrance or common areas.

2.3 Users must avoid any Service-related actions that:

a) Pretend to be another person or entity, including Biolab London personnel;

b) Breach patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity, privacy, or other rights;

c) Are illegal, deceptive, confusing, fraudulent, threatening, offensive, intrusive, or otherwise violate these Terms;

d) Share personal details about others (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers, financial info) that could identify or contact them.

2.4 The Service and website must not be used for unlawful or forbidden purposes.

2.5 No one under 16 may enter the premises. Breaches lead to immediate session cancellation without refund.

2.6 Users must adhere to all applicable laws and keep health and safety standards at all times.

2.7 Users must provide true, complete, and current registration details. Non-compliance breaches these Terms and may halt Service access immediately. Users are responsible for:

• Keeping their account and password confidential;

• All activities linked to their account;

• Reporting unauthorized use or security breaches to Biolab London promptly.
  Biolab London isn’t liable for losses from unauthorized account use, but Users may be responsible for losses to Biolab London or others from such incidents. Users must not use another’s account without permission.

2.8 Users must obtain and maintain all required insurance, licenses, permissions, qualifications, and essentials to operate their business and treat clients, staying compliant with legal standards. If unsure about insurance, Users should contact their providers.

• Users must carry valid public liability insurance (minimum £2 million) and professional indemnity insurance (minimum £1 million) suited to their clinical activities, showing proof to Biolab London if asked.

3. Booking Arrangements

3.1 Only individuals 18 or older can book.

3.2 Bookings are for short-term business use and don’t create a tenancy or lease.

3.3 Bookings are secured online via our website and confirmed by email. Only system-recorded bookings are valid.

3.4 Users must arrive and leave at the booked times. Late exits incur a £50 fee, payable on departure.

3.5 Users must show ID (passport, driver’s license, or ID card) upon arrival.

3.6 Users must not:

a) Allow third-party room access beyond these Terms’ allowances;

b) Lease, lend, or sell Service access;

c) Tamper with, disrupt, or change the room;

d) Use the room for anything beyond their business needs;

e) Access or use the premises outside booked times or operating hours (10 AM to 8 PM).

3.7 Biolab London can suspend or end a User’s room or Service access instantly, without notice, if it believes these Terms are breached, safety is at risk, or payments are overdue.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Fees are due upfront as listed on our website before booking confirmation.

4.2 Room fees may shift without warning. We can alter the Service anytime without prior notice.

4.3 Biolab London isn’t responsible to Users or third parties for changes, suspensions, or fee adjustments.

4.4 Late departures trigger a £50 charge, per clause 3.4.

4.5 Ongoing bookings run month-to-month, with fees due by the 1st of each month.

4.6 For ongoing bookings, a deposit equal to one month’s fee is due upfront, retained for damages or early termination.

4.7 Payments can be via cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer, with funds cleared by deadlines.

4.8 Key holders must report lost keys or fobs immediately, with a £100 replacement fee.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

5.1 Users must give 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an online booking. Less notice incurs full fees, with no refunds.

5.2 Breaching clause 2.7 forfeits refunds.

5.3 Refunds may apply if the room is unavailable or has safety hazards reasonably impacting User use.

5.4 Missing payment deadlines (clause 4.5) may cancel bookings and end the contract.

5.5 Ending an ongoing contract requires 30 days’ written notice.

5.6 Post-termination, Users must return keys or fobs within 24 hours and settle dues or damages within 7 days.

6. Property Rules

6.1 Biolab London staff maintain common areas, providing tissues, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.

6.2 Users must leave rooms tidy, sanitizing surfaces with provided wipes and products. Failure may block future bookings or terminate the contract.

6.3 Users and clients must act respectfully, following instructions on behavior, safety, and care for the premises, neighbors, staff, and other Users. Activities must not cause loud noise or disturb others on-site or nearby.

6.4 Leaving needles, syringes, or sharps in bins or on-site incurs a £500 fine. All items must be taken after use, with rooms checked post-session. Keys must not be given to third parties or clients.

6.5 Users must not alter or disturb the room. Damage or lasting marks must be reported right away.

6.6 Users are liable for damage they or their clients cause, paying costs promptly after a breakdown from Biolab London.

6.7 Smoking is prohibited on-site.

6.8 Pets are not permitted on the premises.

6.9 Wi-Fi is available when possible and must not be used for illegal, harmful, or network-heavy activities.

6.10 Users must dispose of clinical waste (e.g., sharps, biohazards) safely and legally. General bins are not for clinical waste. Biolab London may provide a sharps bin, which Users must remove lawfully.

6.11 Users must learn and follow Biolab London’s emergency protocols, like evacuation routes and first aid, as posted or provided. Users manage client medical emergencies per their professional duties.

6.12 Room equipment from Biolab London is for clinical use only, operated per guidelines. Damage or issues must be reported immediately, with Users liable for misuse-related repair costs. Self-brought equipment must meet safety rules and be removed post-session unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6.13 No signs, posters, or branding may be placed in or on the room or premises without Biolab London’s prior written consent.

7. Liability Limits

7.1 These Terms don’t limit Biolab London’s liability for:

a) Death or injury from its negligence;

b) Breaches of implied terms under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;

c) Fraud; or

d) Liabilities legally unexcludable.

7.2 Biolab London isn’t liable for software damage, data loss, lost profits, expected savings, goodwill, business opportunities, or indirect/consequential losses.

7.3 Biolab London isn’t responsible for lost business, belongings, or other items.

7.4 Biolab London isn’t liable for damage or loss to Users’ or clients’ property.

7.5 Users agree to shield, defend, and release Biolab London Ltd, its staff, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) tied to their room use, including client claims, Term breaches, or legal violations.

8. Minors

8.1 Minors (under 16) are prohibited from using the Service or website, per clause 2.5.

9. Accessibility

9.1 Users or clients with special needs (e.g., mobility issues) should notify Biolab London before booking to ensure a suitable room is available.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Biolab London’s Privacy Policy governs how we process User-provided personal data. Using the Service means you consent to this and confirm:

a) Your data is accurate and complete;

b) You’ve obtained consent from third parties whose data you share.

11. Data Protection

11.1 Biolab London will comply with Data Protection Laws when processing User data.

11.2 User data is processed only as needed to deliver the Service, per the Privacy Policy.

12. Legal Authority

12.1 English law governs these Terms, with England and Wales courts having non-exclusive authority over Service-related claims. Biolab London may pursue action in your home country or other relevant regions.

12.2 Disputes from this Contract should first seek resolution via fair negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, legal action per clause 12.1 may follow.

14. Unforeseen Events

14.1 Biolab London isn’t liable for failing Contract duties due to events beyond its control, like natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or outages or similar. Bookings may be paused or canceled without liability, with Users notified soon after.

15. Confidentiality

15.1 Users must keep client or patient data handled in the room confidential per laws (e.g., GDPR) and not disclose Biolab London’s operational details learned via the Service.
